Dark Circle Remedy

While on maternity leave, my little guy developed a persistent case of thrush. If you are unfamiliar, thrush is a yeast overgrowth that shows itself on the tongue and gums of newborns. Knowing foods like sugar, wheat and dairy can feed yeast, I eliminated these foods for 3 weeks. Now, you may be wondering what this has to do with skincare? For years I have been telling clients that dark circles can be vastly improved by eliminating wheat from their diet.  I experienced this dramatic improvement after just one week of eliminating wheat.  Wow, is all I can say! Once I started to return wheat back in, I quickly noticed after just 2 days the inside corners of my under eyes were returning to their subtle purple hue.  If you’re plagged by stubborn dark circles I highly recommend trying this. It may be hard for the first week, but anything done for 21 days quickly becomes a new habit.  Try it and let me know what you think!

P.S. Not only did the dark circles disappear, but I felt more energized, happier and more peaceful! The power of food never ceases to amaze me!
