While on maternity leave, my little guy developed a persistent case of thrush. If you are unfamiliar, thrush is a yeast overgrowth that shows itself on the tongue and gums of newborns. Knowing foods like sugar, wheat and dairy can feed yeast, I eliminated these foods for 3 weeks. Now, you may be wondering what this has to do with skincare?
